Door-to-Door Courier Delivery

We offer reliable door-to-door courier delivery nationwide using trusted courier partners.

You can also choose to collect your order directly from our workshop in Durban, KZN.

Production & Turnaround Time

All our products are handmade and made-to-order, crafted with care just for you.

  • Typical processing times range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the product ordered and current demand.
  • Smaller items like fillers or kits usually take 1–2 weeks, while larger products like mud kitchens may take up to 6 weeks.
  • Please note production times may be affected by factors such as high order volumes, load shedding, or material availability.

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and often ship earlier than expected.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • Courier delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days, depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • All items ship fully assembled, unless otherwise specified.

Collections from Durban Workshop

If you prefer to collect your order:

  • Select the “Store Collection” option at checkout.
  • We will notify you when your order is ready and provide the pickup address.
  • Collections are by appointment and subject to availability, so please arrange your pickup time with us.

You can also arrange your own courier to collect your order from our workshop. If so, choose the “Store Collection” option and share your courier details with us. We’re happy to provide packaging dimensions and volume details if needed.

Important Notes

  • While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays or factors beyond our control, such as load shedding or material shortages.
  • Orders cannot be canceled due to courier delays or late dispatch.
