Wooden Products
All our wooden products are hand made in South Africa. All wooden products are made with solid wood and are waterproof.
Payment
Payment can be made via EFT or Card Payment
Cash payment will be accepted with prior arrangements.
Shipping policy
We offer door-to-door courier service via various Courier Companies.
We also offer an option to collect your products from our offices located in Durban KZN.
Once we've received your payment, your order will be processed in 2- 6 weeks (depending on the product you have ordered).
Production and Lead time may increase if we are experiencing high order volumes.
Our products are handmade and ‘made-to-order’. We make all products to order. Lead times greatly depends on what orders we currently have in our system, load shedding and courier booking and courier collection delays.
Only once your order is collected from us by the courier you will receive a tracking number. Once collected from the courier company delivery time is 2-6 working days. Delivery to outlying areas may take longer. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Items are shipped fully assembled unless stated otherwise.
We will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order, but we are not liable and you may not cancel an order if we do not do so within the stipulated timeframe or if the courier fails to collect your order from us timeously;
Please know we take our try our absolute best to stick to these lead times and we are for the most part successful in this, even sending out items before they are expected, but sometimes there can be production delays due to load shedding, material supply delays or courier collection delays.
Collections
If you would like to pick up your order, you can do so at our workshop in Durban.
If you choose to pick up your order, you will be notified when it is ready for collection. At your request, we will provide you with our physical address. Please note you will need to communicate your collection time to us and is subject to availability to accomodate collection.
Customer can also arrange their own courier services. If you wish to arrange your own courier collection, check the 'store collection' option at checkout.
Your order will be ready to be picked when the necessary arrangements have been made.
If volume details are required for a particular order, then we are happy to provide these details.
Damaged Items
It is your responsibility to check your items upon arrival. If your order appears to be damaged, please inform us immediately. Please note that in the event of any defects or damage found, we need to be notified within 24 hours to address these issues with the courier company in order for the courier company to lodge the requisite insurance claim.
Please notify us immediately on Info@messitup.co.za so that we can get it returned and replaced.
