🪵 Wooden Products
All our products are handmade in South Africa with love and care. We use solid wood for all items, ensuring strength, durability, and a long lifespan. Every wooden product is also waterproof unless stated otherwise, making it perfect for messy play and everyday use.
🚚 Shipping Policy
We offer door-to-door courier delivery nationwide using trusted courier services.
You may also collect your order directly from our workshop in Durban, KZN.
⏳ Production & Turnaround Time:
All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the product and current order volumes.
Delays may occur due to:
- Load shedding
- Courier availability
- Material supply issues
- High demand (especially during promotions)
We always try our best to stick to these timelines — and often dispatch even earlier — but we appreciate your patience if delays occur.
📦 Shipping Process:
- Once your order is ready and collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days after collection.
- Delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- All items are shipped fully assembled, unless stated otherwise.
Please note: We are not liable for courier delays or failed collections and orders may not be canceled due to delays outside of our control.
🏡 Collections (Durban Workshop)
If you would like to collect your order:
- Select “Store Collection” at checkout.
- We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
- You may then request our collection address.
- Please arrange a collection time with us in advance, subject to availability.
📦 You are also welcome to send your own courier. Just ensure you select the “Store Collection” option at checkout and notify us of the details.
If you need volume or packaging info for your courier, we’ll gladly assist.
💥 Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours so we can lodge an insurance claim with the courier and arrange a replacement.
