Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and with tags intact
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start your return, please contact us at info@messitup.co.za. If we approve your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items — Notify Within 24 Hours

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can quickly address the issue and lodge any necessary claims with the courier.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund first, then place a new order for the item you want.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
